(hereinafter Grupo Batia) uses and protects the information provided by its users at the time of using its website. For what purposes will we use your personal data?

Grupo Batia may process your personal data for the following primary purposes:

Provide information to the holders about the business units, products and services marketed by Grupo Batia, when they so request.
Attention through electronic means.
Statistics and historical record of navigation on the Grupo Batia website.
Data analysis through the use of analytical technologies, artificial intelligence and / or “big data”, in order to evaluate the use of services and information we provide on the website of Grupo Batia.
Sending offers, special and/or additional benefits, launching of new products or services, and in general any type of advertising information that is considered relevant, through email, which is provided periodically and may be canceled at any time.

Secondary purposes
In order to comply with the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, Grupo Batia will not use your personal data for secondary purposes.

Specifically, Grupo Batia may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

How can you exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition? You are entitled to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of your personal data. Keep in mind that ARCO Rights include:

Rectification: the right you have to request at any time the rectification of your data, if for any reason they are incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete in our databases.
Cancellation: the right to request that we delete your information, starting with its blocking and subsequent definitive deletion.

Grupo Batia will respond to your request within 20 (twenty) business days from the date it is sent and received. If the request is successful, we will make it effective within 15 (fifteen) working days following the date on which the response is communicated. In case the information and/or documentation provided in your request is incomplete, erroneous and/or insufficient, or if the necessary documents to prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation are not attached, we will request you to correct and remedy the deficiencies in order to process the request. You will have 10 (ten) working days to comply with the requirement and correction of the request; otherwise it will be considered as not submitted.

The use of electronic means for the exercise of ARCO Rights authorizes Grupo Batia to respond to the corresponding request through the same means, unless you indicate another means of contact in your request, clearly and expressly.

The right of cancellation is not absolute. So Grupo Batia must keep information to comply with various legal obligations and to do so may share your personal data with other entities or agencies. In such cases, the right of cancellation may have to be requested to the entity that received your personal data.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal information?
In order for you to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, we offer the following means: Your registration in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is in charge of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), in order that your personal information is not used to receive advertising or promotions of goods or services. For further information on such registration, you may consult the PROFECO’s Internet portal (repep.profeco.gob.mx), or contact the aforementioned agency directly by calling from Mexico City at 55 4333 0123 and from the rest of the Mexican Republic at 800 890 86 57.

Automatic means to collect personal data
